Tociok delegates a third party delivery service, so it is not liable for any damage or loss that may occur during the delivery, neither any delay nor non-delivery of the product nor other circumstances beyond the control of our shop.

Tociok reserves the right to change product information, at any time and without prior notice.
Orders
On completion of the purchase process, the customer makes a binding commitment with the seller and is supposed to make the payment by one of the methods listed in the page SECURE PAYMENT. At the end of the process, the customer will receive confirmation of the order and the order number on the e-mail address entered during the purchase process. If the product is currently unavailable, we will inform the customer by e-mail.

Replacement and right of withdrawal
Acording to the current European legislation Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament on consumer rights, replacement or withdrawal right for perishables is not expected.
